User Experience and User Centered Design are critical to the success of a project. But historically, the techniques employed necessitate Big Designs and a lot of time.
Is this really necessary? I say not.
There are techniques that can be employed to garner rapid response and feedback from users, improve design, and ensure delivery of a product that is not just built right, but is in fact, the right thing to build.
