I've been doing test-first development since the 1990s, pair programming most of the time since 2002, and a smattering of other related practices (object oriented design and so on). My recent contracts have mostly been with Pivotal ( http://www.pivotallabs.com ) and in Java or Ruby.

I was at SDTconf in York, PA in 2007 (my position paper at PositionPapers is the one which mentions Mayfly), and plan to attend in 2008 ( position paper: ErectorRubyRenderingLibrary ).
